Do I have to do these steps in order?

No. The Setup Center always highlights the first thing that isn't done yet as a suggestion, but you can complete any step at any time, in any order.

I hid the Setup Center — how do I get it back?

Look for the small "Setup" chip near the top of your dashboard showing how many steps are done. Click it to reopen the full checklist.

Other staff and families don't see this — is that normal?

Yes. The full Setup Center is only shown to club owners and admins. Everyone else sees a simple note that the club is still being set up, with nothing expected of them.

Can I skip online payments and still run my season?

Yes. Payments is the one step marked "When ready" — it never nags, and manual tracking works fully from the start. Turn it on whenever your club is ready to collect online.
