Join a Club

When your club already uses PlayerKit, they'll send you a join link (or a short code) to create your account and get connected.

Before you start: you'll need the join link (or code) your club sent you. PlayerKit doesn't hand these out directly — your club creates and sends them.

STEP-BY-STEP

Joining your club

Step 1

Open the join link your club sent you — usually by email or text. It shows your club's name and the role you're joining as.

Step 2

Already have a PlayerKit account? Sign in and send your request with one click. New here? Enter your name, email, and a password (12–64 characters).

Step 3

Complete the quick "verify you're human" check and click Request to join.

Step 4

Check your email for a 6-digit code and enter it to verify your address.

Step 5

Wait for your club admin to approve your request. You'll get an email the moment you're approved.

This is a request, not instant access. A real person at your club reviews it before you're in — that's normal, and it can take a little time depending on how often your club checks. If you're in a hurry, the fastest path is contacting your club directly, not PlayerKit support.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Troubleshooting

"This join link can't be used."

The link may be mistyped, expired, or already used up. Ask your club admin for a fresh one — they can't reactivate an old link, only issue a new one.

What an expired or mistyped join link looks like

I already have a PlayerKit account from another club.

No problem — sign in with that same account and send your request with one click. You don't need a separate account per club; one login covers every club you're part of.

Nothing's arrived after I submitted my request.

First, check your spam folder for the 6-digit verification code — that part is automatic. If you've verified your email and you're still waiting to be approved, that step is in your club's hands, not PlayerKit's. Reach out to your club admin directly to check on it.

The link showed the wrong club or the wrong role.

Your club admin controls what a join link grants when they create it. If something looks off, let them know — they can issue a corrected link.
