How to Sign In to PlayerKit

Sign in to your PlayerKit account with your email and password — or with Google or Apple if your club has that turned on.

Before you start: you'll need an existing PlayerKit account. If you don't have one yet, see Creating vs. Joining a PlayerKit Account — you don't sign up the same way if your club already uses PlayerKit.

Steps to sign in

1   Go to app.playerkit.app/login.
2   Enter your email and password in the fields shown below.
3   Click Sign in.

Signing in with Google or Apple: if your club has this turned on, Continue with Google and/or Continue with Apple buttons appear above the email field — use either instead of typing a password. If you don't see these buttons, your club hasn't enabled that option; use email and password instead.

If two-factor authentication is turned on for your account, you'll land on a second screen after clicking Sign in: "Two-factor verification — Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app." Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify. You can check "Remember this device for 30 days" so you're not asked again on that browser. See Setting up two-factor authentication for how to enable this and what to do if you lose access to your authenticator.

Troubleshooting

"It says an account with this email already signs in with a password."

This means the email you used with Google or Apple already has a password-based PlayerKit account. Sign in below with your email and password instead. If you'd like to connect Google or Apple to that account for next time, you can do that afterward from Account settings → Login & security.

"That sign-in didn't complete."

The Google or Apple sign-in was interrupted or failed. Try clicking the button again, or sign in with your email and password instead.

My email or password isn't working.

Double-check for typos, especially in the email address. If you're sure both are correct but still can't sign in, your password may need to be reset — see Resetting your password.

I don't see "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple."

That's expected if your club hasn't turned on social sign-in — sign in with your email and password instead. These buttons only appear when at least one provider is enabled.
