Equipment Pickup
How picking up your child's gear works on PlayerKit, and what to expect once you're standing in line for it.
Before you start: you'll need a PlayerKit account connected to your child. See Link a Player to Your Account if you haven't done that yet.
STEP-BY-STEP
Booking a pickup time
Nothing available yet? That just means your club hasn't opened pickup times — check back closer to the season. This is a club-by-club schedule, not something PlayerKit controls.
RESPONSIBILITY
Once gear is in your name
When your child checks out equipment at pickup, it's assigned to them in the system — you're responsible for taking care of it and returning it at the end of the season. See Returning Equipment for how that works, and Club Fees and Refunds if your club ties equipment to a deposit.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Troubleshooting
The size or jersey number I asked for wasn't guaranteed.
That's expected — what you enter when booking is a heads-up for staff, not a locked-in reservation. Everything gets confirmed in person at pickup.
Something doesn't fit.
Let your club know at pickup, or reach out right after. Exchanges are handled by your club directly — it's their gear and their process, not something PlayerKit manages automatically.
I need to change or cancel my time.
Open your booking and choose Change time or Cancel booking. This only works up until your club's cutoff, shown on the booking screen — after that, contact your club directly.
